  • I pondered whether or not to write a review, but finally felt compelled to. The office is extremely busy - expect to wait. I did, so was fine with that. The front desk person I dealt with was lovely, as was Dr. Harter's nurse assistant. As a person, Dr. Harter is one of the nicest I have ever met. He is kind, warm and very personable. However, my routine pap felt rushed and it felt like the roughest pap smear I have ever experienced. I was sore for two days. He has confidence and moves fast so maybe I was not expecting that, but it was VERY uncomfortable. I also expressed a concern over something I was experiencing in my sexual health and did not feel it got addressed at all. From the different doctors I have been to for this type of check-up, I give Dr. Harter two stars. As a person, I give Dr. Harter 5 stars. Perhaps I caught him on a less than optimal day.
