This is the first time for me coming to this location. When I made my appointment they were very friendly and answered any questions I had. They fill up really fast so make sure you call a couple weeks in advance to get your appointment. Luckily I got an appointment the day after I called for 5 o'clock. I ended up coming into the office at 2:30 because I thought my appointment was at 2:30 (I have a bad memory sometimes, lol). I told them I would just come back at 5 because I just live right up the street, they said that was fine but I should fill out the new patient paperwork first. I agreed and started filling it out. When I was almost done with my paperwork they called me up and told me they could fit me in, in a couple minutes and I thought okay perfect. I finished my paperwork and gave it to them and they said we will call you up in a couple minutes... 45 MINUTES PASSED and they finally called my name. It was 3:45 by the time I got in the exam room, they said since I came in early for my appointment that I can sit in the room and wait for my doctor, she apparently had 2 more patients to see. It is currently 4:30 and I am still sitting in the exam room waiting for my doctor to come in. Why didn't they just tell me to come back at five instead of wasting two hours waiting around to be seen. It was nice of them to say they can fit me in since it is my fault that I came to my appointment super early, but they shouldn't have brought up me being seen early when I've been sitting her for two hours.
On top of all this waiting when I was put into the exam room they told me that I had to be 21 in order to do my annual exam (pap smear) why wouldn't the receptionist on the phone tell me this? Now after waiting the 2 hours I feel like it was pointless, since the reasoning for me coming was to get my annual exam.
Finally after waiting forever Janice Reynolds came in. She's the reasoning I'm giving this review more than 1 star. She answered any questions I had and made me feel comfortable to open up to her and ask the questions I had. Although I waited all that time it was my fault or thinking my appointment was earlier then what is was, I will be returning to Janice Reynolds. But anytime you come in earlier don't trust them when they say they'll get you in soon!
