  • I hired him to help me with my child custody hearing in 2011. I live in Ohio but bc my 6 month old son was born in Nevada, they had jurisdiction. I hired Mann to come to the court hearing to represent me. On the day of the hearing, he was supposed to go to court on my behalf, I was to be called into a conference call between everyone involved. Hours came and passed and nobody called me. I called the office and got his paralegal, I asked how the court hearing went. They forgot to mark my hearing down and nobody showed up to represent me. They didn't even file any papers stating I had gotten representation. So in the courts eyes I was a no call no show. The court put me in contempt and gave me 2 weeks to have my son in the court room or a court marshal would fly out to Ohio and take him from me. I showed up to court, Mann showed up as well. He never spoke for me, I worked something out with my sons fathers attorney on my own. I lost all my money, my car, my job, and my home, bc I had to move back to Nevada, but I still have custody of my son, so it worked out in the end, but that was because of what I did.
