  • This review is actually from over a year ago, so I'm not so sure how relevant it is any more, but I was just looking through Calgary salons to try to find someone to do my roots and saw this place and remembered I should have reviewed it. I went in to have my roots done and my tape in extensions reinstalled right before a trip to Cuba for my birthday. The root color didn't match very well at all (you could see a clear bar of different color where the roots were), and ALL of the extensions fell out a week and a half later while I was on vacation, which left me with awful hair for half of my vacation, including my birthday. I've been getting the extensions for over 3 years and I've never had any fall out before this. I actually think I emailed them to tell them this back when it happened. In the salon's defence, the girl was extremely nice, and I think she was a junior stylist.
