rev:text	To be honest, with all of the negative reviews about NTB IN STRONGSVILLE, I was very hesitant in calling them about a problem I had with my tires. However, I called the local Firestone and a few other places, and all failed in doing anything to help me. The only option I had was to call NTB, and since they were open late it was worth a shot.On Friday January 18, 2013 around 7 in the evening I was pulling into the Rite Aid Parking lot and failed to notice a small random island with a few dead plants in it surrounded by a curb that juts out past the driving entrance from pearl. I did not even think to have to look out for any random curbs in the parking lot! Anyways, I blew out the two right tires on the passenger side of my car because of it! (Never have done something like this in my life before, I am a great driver!) I called NTB and not only was the guy I spoke with, Mike, very nice, he offered to come and take a look at it himself. He came and even brought a portable car lift to take off my tires that were destroyed. My boyfriend and I followed him back to NTB and waited for the workers to put my rims on a brand new set of tires! We then followed him back to my car sitting in the parking lot and he replaced them himself. It was a horrible way to start a Friday night, but with the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE I received, and the fact that NTB was able to fix it for me all in the same night, I was more than pleased (: I WOULD NEVER HAVE EXPECTED THIS FROM ANY COMPANY, BUT THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS, AND I WILL ALWAYS RECOMMEND THEM TO WHO EVER I CAN!!! In all, they are great to their customers, and I am so thankful that they helped me! THANK YOU NTB! (: YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME! -Chrissy K.
