  • I would give this location 1 star for the lack of customer service I received from their assistant manager Craig. However, the other employees were as helpful as they could be despite their manager's incompetence. I have never met a customer service representative more inept than Craig. He wouldn't even listen to what I had to say and was outright rude and inconsiderate. If I wasn't locked into a contract with Sprint I'd have cancelled my service on the spot because of Craig. If you visit this store, steer clear of him and give your patronage to one of their other, stellar employees.
