  • Bought a sofa loveseat was told it was leather I had never bought leather furniture before and when they delivered they gave me leather cleaner. I come back due to a tear in the furniture and then I noticed it was not leather mention this to o e of the salespeople and she says yeah that's not leather. But then asks another associate what the set material is and he says it a leather set. Stunned she says no it's not. I'm rather upset and ask for a manager and she says he is in a meeting but she will make sure that he will call us back. I schedule for them to come out to fix the chair. And I get nothing. No one ever came out and even uPon calling several times to speak to the manager I never get anywhere. I had been a customer for along time but will not return with misleading gimmicks.
