  • Went here for Easter Brunch. I made a reservation because I figured their brunch buffet would be popular, especially on Easter. Got there and discovered the buffet was only at their Minnesota locations...maybe they should have advertised that. Regardless, we decided to stay because we were starving. We were seated at a table closest to the kitchen and shortly after we ordered our food there was complete chaos in the kitchen. I've never seen so many blank stares. There were so many dishes under the hot lamps and some of them sat there for 30+ minutes! It took TWO HOURS to get our food and when we did it wasn't even right. My sandwich was missing cheese and my sister's chocolate chip pancakes were full of blueberries instead. The manager came over to give us our bill and never apologized or anything. Plus it was the FULL bill. Even after they said they would take off the pancakes. The manager never even apologized until my boyfriend went up and complained about the terrible service. We ended up getting 30% off and a gift card for our horrific experience, but I have no intention of returning here. What a waste of time. The only breath of fresh air was our waiter, he was just as frustrated as we were but had a good sense of humor about it. Needless to say, our Easter did not start off on a good note because of CRAVE.
