  • Walked in to check on a biz mailbox. Never even acknowledged. Im standing right in front of the guy and he never even looks at me? Always acknowledge your customers! Even if you can't help them right away, say " ill be right with you" or something to that effect. How bout this .. I ignore you and go someplace else! :-)
