  • For years I'd been going to this Jiffy Lube. Not just me but our entire family. We referred friends and associates as it was always good work and at a good price. Not anymore. They seem to have replaced all of the old timers that had always worked at this location. Every old familiar face is gone. It's now a couple of young, less than experienced folks. Friendly but new faces. Not the same. And not as eager to help you with Jiffy Lube coupons that may be on the net. Previously when I arrived I always spoke with someone about what discounts or coupons were available. They always knew if i didn't etc. Its not like that now. In fact they won't help you at all in that department. Even if you ask. Its different. Very pro business. But NOT PRO CUSTOMER. I won't get into what went wrong with my last service. Its complicated. It could have happened anywhere, I suppose. But the focus was not as it has been in the past. But the fact that they are understaffed with new young kids that are nice ... leads me to believe that what ever they were hoping for is not going to work for them. Especially since I've seen all of the poor recent reviews. The old reviews were great. Just look at them! A DRASTIC CHANGE FROM BEFORE. I'm not sure why they got rid of the previous long term employees. But I won't be going back to them because of what I've seen. Some other place. Some other company. But not here.
