  • For the first time ever, my mom had given a place a chance to get her very first massage. But when we both walked in, we were greeted by an ignorant staff who failed to make me feel welcomed. Not only were they rude upon entrance, but they were blasting old rap music that did not seem appropriate for a spa and relaxation. The girls at the front while I waited for my mom were giggling and goofing off and seemed to have to care for their job, and every time the phone rang, someone moaned and groaned and just had to complain. My mom said there was no music playing in the room and that they used no oil on her body that even smelled good. AND to top it off, the bathrooms were disgusting and stunk like garbage. I cannot believe people enjoy this place... disgusting.
