  • Ordered a smoothie for the first time on Saturday walked out, tasted it and I was absolutely dissapointed. I ended up throwing it out. I called to complain but no answer for at least 2 hours. I finally got a hold of someone on Monday and explained I was not happy, Lynn took my info and told me to come in and I can get another drink. I came in Wednesday and explained to a Jackie what Lynn told me. Jackie who was obviously having a bad day seemed annoyed and acted as if she could careless. She then advised me that Lynn is just an associate and shouldn't have told me I could get another drink!! Jackie sends me away and says you have to call when a manager is here. Nasty tasting smoothies, bad customer service, and still no resolution to my dissatisfaction.
