  • Had I realized what a great, easy and reasonably priced experience this was going to be,working with someone like John at Imperial, I wouldn't have waited so long to do it. The whole process was fantastic! He helped me decide what percentage of screens (for example 80% or 90%) on each of my windows at different exposures on my entire house. He replaced everything and even the back siding patio screen. He was professional and timely and finished exactly when he said he would and even coordinated with me to install the screens when I was working. He also filled out all the paperwork for me to receive the SRP rebate. John and Imperial were exceptional!
