  • I've been going to Elmwood for a very long time and I find lately the service has gone down the hill. I was there for a massage on Oct 26, 2014 and I was very disappointed. The check in was pleasant and the employees were nice. When we went upstairs to the change room, we noticed the hot tub wasn't working. It would have been nice if we were told at check in or received a call to let us know. Some woman aren't comfortable to use the unisex tub on the 3rd floor. The same with the steam room. We had to keep getting our locker reset (we were told this been happening all day) and half of the shower in the women's change room were also out of service. Agrrrrrr. The sad thing is this is not the first time this happened. I'm pretty sure me and my group will not be visiting there anytime soon. On a good note, our massage was good. But with the tub not working and the shower and steam room also not functioning properly it ruined our relaxing girls day. Plus let's not get started with the nasty wrap they sell. I'm so so so disappointed at Elmwood. Whatever happened to the service we used to get?????
