  • I used Clearwater Service for the past two years. They were reliable until this season, apparently the tech who serviced my pool so well resigned and the new tech appeared to have very little knowledge of pools. I called to discuss this with the manager, Marie and told her that if I could not get someone else I would need to find another service, and her exact and immediate response was "I guess were not going to make you happy so you should just find another service." To add, last year they quoted me an outrageous price to replace just the digital display board only on my pump. I ordered the entire pump, that included the same digital display board, and had it installed with another service for less than half Clearwater's quoted price. I just called today to disputes a new charge for services they did not perform. They did say they would reimburse me, I will wait to see.
