  • Just order online!!! Terrible customer service at this location. I've purchased several eye glasses from Pearle on the east side because this location stinks. This year I purchased a pair of glasses from an online retailer and needed a slight adjustment along with an older pair from Pearle. Linda the supposed manager was not willing to do a quick adjustment on the glasses even though I was willing to pay for an adjustment and understood that if they broke, it would be my responsibility. I didn't have a chance to pull the glasses out for her to even look at before she said no. Her cranky personality do not belong in retail. No wonder people go to the online eyewear stores to shop. They don't have to deal with rude people like this. Good luck on staying open with this type of service!
