  • I went back to school shopping last Monday and was overwhelmed by the crowds at the mall, so I went into JCPenny's and got some great deals on shoes and pants. I had my daughter with me and she's always struggled to find clothes she likes. I asked for help from a floor associate Jennifer who was AWSOME! she was so patient with my daughter and helped her look thru piles of jeans until my daughter was Happy, we moved on to undergarments, and Alyssa was servicing that area she helped fit my daughter with new garments, helped her pick out young fun colorful pieces and answered all our questions. I really hope this stores management recognizes these two young ladies that they have working there, they will be the reason I go back, sure the sales are nice but they dont compare to the friendly staff. Thank you Jennifer and Alyssa!! You ladies rock!
