| - Will I refer anyone to this place: NO
But I will let you know if good and bad so you can make your own decision:
Good:
1. Dr. Duke seems very knowledgeable, caring and is approachable. I was sold after 1st consultation.
2. Once you get hold of the RNs they are nice too.
Bad:
1. Because the Office is new, the process is still a Chaos.
2. Allie is extremely nice and the RN staff is too when you can get hold of them.
3. The billing is still a mess, I keep getting bills for something that should have been part of the IVF and then I have to email all that to their billing dept.
4. Communication is a BIG problem here, so ask questions about everything and follow up on things yourself,
5. In my opinion,Dr. Duke's lack of experience hurts you more, she puts you through mock cycles which are NOT cheap and will cost you extra.
6. I had a feeling that the office is all about money,
Once I told them I am not doing any more mocks, I was not important to them anymore. They did less ultrasound in my actual cycle than my mock cycle.
6. The worst part was that Dr. Duke wanted to charge a $100 for a follow up appointment to discuss the IVF, after I have already paid her thousands of dollars for IVF. I think a follow up should be a courtesy since your treatment failed.
When I decided to go with this office, it had No reviews, good not bad so I took a chance. But if I was to do it all over again, I wouldn't go with this office, the whole process is very stressful emotionally and financially and the office issues, billing issues, communication issues is just something you'd wanna avoid not add.
No matter who you choose, I wish you success.
