  • My glasses lost a screw when I just arrived Toronto for vacation last weekend. I found there was a LensCrafters in the shopping mall next to my hotel. I went to the store and there were many customers. I talked to one sales person first and she seemed pretty busy. I waited a bit and talked to another sales. She was very cheerful and helpful and helped me to fill a request then asked me to go back in one hour. So I went to this shopping mall basement food court to have dinner. By the way, the food court in the Eaton shopping center is quite large with lots food selections. One hour later I went back to LensCrafters and the same sales lady immediately found my glasses and it was fixed. I can not be more happy with her service. Although I think I am just lucky because some other sales person didn't seem as cheerful as the sales lady who helped me.
