  • We walked in and both guys were staring at us, arms crossed. So uncomfortable to walk into a business like that. It feels like we were bothering them to go into their store. Hey VOLCOM, your corporate headquarters should hire secret shoppers to come in and rate their experience with your stores. I'm sure they would benefit from realizing just how much money doesn't go into their registers. I certainly gave a whopping ZERO dollars to this place. That way you could weed out these kind of workers & get some friendly people in there who might make u a couple of bucks.
