  • MOST AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!! Suggest to spend your money else where. So we got a Certified preowned vehicle (2016 Ford Escape) from hunter and Johnny A. Worst sales persons I have hands down ever had. No customer service or product knowledge. Every sales trick was attempted to not writing things on paper so things do not need to be done, things advised was done that never were done, things that the car did not have that were promised, appointments promised and missed by sales person and also service when communication on my end was very clear. We were told by our sales person "you are really making this fun for me tonight" in a snarky manner.we were not given a proper delivery and knew nothing about the vehicle and how the equipment is used. When the car was given to us there was some type of oil sling all over the car from the windshield to the trunk and everywhere in between. It was pulling teeth the whole time and wish you would take your business somewhere else because this dealer will never earn our business again due to the quality of service.
