So where to begin. After visiting the store and looking at 3 different model S&W air weights at 3 completely different price points I decided to ask one of the sales representatives if they could fill me in on the differences. (They had already asked me 3 times if I needed help). They had no clue. The kid just read what was on all 3 of the sales cards under the revolvers. Then made some nonsense comment about "stopping power" that I would rather not go in to. I left the store and went to another dealer, had an educated conversation about the same revolver, and purchased it. Unfortunately my experience doesn't stop there. With my new firearm in tote and an AR pistol with a muzzle brake and an echo trigger on it I returned to use the gun range. Gun range staff was friendly outside when they took my ID and information. On the inside once I began to fire my AR I was stopped immediately by the RO and was told, and I cannot make this up that "my rifle was to loud" and to stop shooting it. I didn't misunderstand him because well I asked him 3 times what he has said mostly in disbelief. I didn't want to get into it with the guy, but to be told my rifle was too loud when I was essentially shooting indoors down a hallway is about to silliest thing I ever heard. Well no ship it's too loud!! We are inside shooting down a hallway!! I digress. I packed up and left after about 10 mins. When I went to the counter they insisted I pay for the whole hour even after I told them what happened. I was speaking with the same person that checked me in might add. I will never return to this place again. I noticed on their website recently that they are hiring. They certainly need so good help and maybe the ROs there need some new hearing protection.
