I was here today with my two friends who were both shopping for Halloween costumes. Never go costume shopping with two gay men AHHH LOL!! Kidding, we had gobs of fun.
This place was a good size, with rows upon rows of clothing, shoes and the like. I like how they break down every style of clothing and label each rack clearly. Good selection all around of stuff you might expect from a thrift store.
Some things were pretty pricey ($25-$30 for an old, used prom dress?), but other random things were super cheap (I found a "Maid Marian" type costume for around $7).
I would come here more for the great costume accessories (masks, hooks for pirate costumes, fake open wounds, etc.) then for the actual costume itself. That is, unless you really don't care and just want a cheap, less elaborate sorta thing going on for Halloween.
