My mother-in-law was sent here for a broken femur at her hip and surgery. It was a horrible experience. The room was super small and the nursing staff could not be bothered. They did nothing without being asked multiple times. Simple task as bringing her water and ice so she could be hydrated was like begging for help. I did not feel that the staff was happy to be working here or "compassionate" as CMC commercials state. Also at 6:30pm we were told at another ER that they were sending her to CMC University. Even as she got to CMC University after 10pm they still did not have her registered for a room..."computer glitch". She waited until after 1am to be in a room and they decide that she was not having surgery and now can eat and drink. Would not recommend this hospital to anyone.
