  • Wow. I am surprised at the bad reviews because that was not our experience at all. We had about 4 estimates total and went with Bella Patio because of their product, pricing, and experience. We did not need concrete. We purchased a large 4 post patio cover. Aaron made all costs clear to us, including the preference for cash or check verses credit card. I felt like he went above and beyond, frankly. He walked to the neighbors houses and got all the approval signatures for our HOA. He also went on a bit of a scavenger hunt to locate our HOA office and get the correct paperwork submitted. It sounded like a big hassle and he took care of it no problem. As soon as our HOA approved the patio cover, it wasn't more than a week until the patio went up. The installers had it up in one day and did a fine job of clean up. Turned out, we even overpaid and Aaron sent us a check for the balance. The patio looks beautiful and I honestly have no complaints about the service or the product. I would choose them again and absolutely recommend them for patio covers.
