The owners are outright rude and liars. I recently returned a racket that had been improperly strung. I presented my story in a nice calm demeanor. I was told that I have mistaken where I have gotten this racket strung. As they only string there rackets in 2 separate continuous reals of string (1 for the mains and 1 for crosses like they should be). But our racket was strung THERE in 4 DIFFERENT stages, not 2 continuous reels of string. Which is only done to save time, which is clearly not how your suppost to string rackets because the individual strings will lose there tension much quicker. The staff went on to stay that the only racket to be strung in 4 is a Yonex (which is true). However I play with a Babolot racket! The rude female owner went on to say, that her husband only believes in the 2 continuous reels of stringing for all other types of rackets. She then again stated, that I had the racket strung somewhere else. I told her I wasn't going to argue with her any longer, and that I would appreciate a good will stringing of this racket. The owner stated her husband would call me. The husband called me two hours later and very rudely said at the start of the phone call that he didn't like we were accusing his store of the racket being strung incorrectly. I proceeded to tell him the entire staff stated the racket was strung incorrectly, including his wife the other owner. He started yelling at me on the phone that he does not want to do business with me every again. i calmly stated back to him that I have had several issues with All About Tennis. Neither of the times does the store show good will accommodations to the customer. He said "come pick up your racket", and hung up the phone.
PLEASE do not visit this store. if everyone will read the reviews on Yelp, it will confirm this horrific service.
