| - Parking - very easy and not very expensive compared to rest of the North American major cities.
Accessible from all directions - yes. There are two main highways leading to the airport, 401 and 427.
Waiting area - lots of space to eIt for your arriving guest on the path to the arrivals platform, but if you miss all of them or if they are all full, then there's a spot on the right (little side road entrance) just before you reach the division of taxi/limousine and regular vehicles.
Food - there isn't much option in T1 and T3 outside the customs, but once you get in (either domestic or international) then there are a lot more choices. Not as much as NYC or Chicago, but certainly enough variety to get your western fast food, oriental options, healthy choices, and of course, Tim Horton's. The international gates are mostly renovated with upscale restaurant system displaying at your service on an iPad at each table, which you can sit at while ordering or not ordering anything at all.
Timeliness - I have not experienced much delays except one from WestJet, but that wasn't the airport's fault.
Luggage - there are storages. In terms of arriving at YYZ, luggages have always came out rather quickly for me, and there are airlines service desks right there to address any of your luggage needs.
Pay phones - yes
Sim car retailer - no (or very hard to find as I've never found one).
Currency conversion booth - lots
Wifi - yes and not too bad
Free phone - yes, beside or at information desk
Lounges - most of the North American lounges and couple international ones
