I don't per se have any issues with the Cox people I've talked to. What is disheartening about Cox is that they keep raising the rates every year "because they can." It hurts those of us who are on fixed incomes and have been loyal on time paying subscribers. They alledge that their competitor Century Link is not as good nor are their speeds as fast as Cox. To Cox management I would suggest the following:
*Raising your rates every year is ultimately going to hurt your company
*Not having a customer loyalty program that rewards and/or grandfathers your best customers is going to negatively impact your reputation as an organization
*Think outside the box! Your competitor is advertising "price for life." Think about how you plan to compete especially as technologies continue to foster faster and cheaper solutions...
