  • My son's Iphone 5C died not even a years worth of cell phone usage. I went into the store literally the day before thanksgiving and was greeted immediately by Jacob Krammer! Which I found out later he was the manager. He was amazing. Provided nothing but extreme out of the way customer service. He looked at every optionto save me a few bucks and to get my problem solved. I have had plenty of unpleasant experiences with Verizon and the stores, so when you have that ONE that goes the extra mile its necessary to that them for taking the time walking us through it and helping us get the best possible deal. Thank you for everything. It was greatly appreciated.
