I will start out by saying my husband and I eat out quite a bit so we are seasoned restauranteurs.
My husband and I tried this restaurant previously and were not impressed with the service. The food at that time was good but very slow service. We thought that maybe the busyness of Mother's Day had contributed to the slow service. Well after our most recent visit, it is quite apparent that they just give slow service. Most restaurants give bread that you can munch on while your food is being prepped but not this one. You have to order it like an appetizer to get any. The food is standard but not exceptional. Our reason for going to a restaurant is to eat and not to socialize. For others gathering here as a group function with no rush to get done with their meals, this place would probably be fine. Couldn't help but wonder how the lunch crowd get serviced during the week when their lunch time is limited... Not sure if we'll be back. There are other restaurants that consider the needs of their customers that we'll revisit before Havana.
