We all know how much goes into planning a move...many more people involved than just the movers. My daughter works like crazy and needed to find a mover that works on Sunday. After much research, she found and paid for a move scheduled today with C2 Movers. The time slot was 10am to 12pm. We got a call at 7:30 am that the window would be moved to 1 to 4pm because of a "hiccup". We're all fine with that (all 5 of us who have taken the day to help!) However, 4pm comes and goes with no contact. No calls from or contact by this company. At 4:10pm I called the number on the website, leaving a message and then calling their "emergency" number (which is disconnected) I sent an email. In about 10 minutes I received a phone call from Brooke who said they were short-staffed and the "owner" was working with the crew all day (which apparently is why HE couldn't call) but they would be there in "about an hour"...that was at 4:10. At 7pm, still no call and no show. Another phone call and Brooke said they are en route from Mesa. We advised them that 8pm was as late as we could wait. No further response, No Show, completely failed to perform, or even maintain contact. Do not use this company, seriously...they can't even call. Received a text at 8:30 pm they were "on the way". Sorry, we all have to get up and go to work provide GREAT customer service to our clients tomorrow.
Don't waste your time or money on this company.
