  • This is one of the T-mobile stores I go to, as it's pretty near my home. The staff here is pretty friendly and there is quite a few customers that come to this store so you may have to wait a little bit. My "Go to gal" is Fabionka. She is very knowledgeable on the products and will explain everything you need to know. When I had met her I had a Sony Z1S phone and two of the ports on the phone had fallen off! I told her about this and although the store didn't have any parts for the phone she took my number and said she would call me as soon as she talked to the Sony vendor. Well, she was able to get that for me and as promised, she called me. The rest of the staff is friendly but Fabionka is a real FABulous T-Mobile rep!
