  • 2.5 stars I've been to Salon Diva twice, both times with Groupons. My first experience was great and had a wonderful cut and colour done by Lang. That deserved a 5 star. This time, it was a 'just okay' kind of experience. I couldn't get Lang this time, so I got another stylist. I didn't catch her name. It was fine while the stylist was colouring my hair, until she started massaging the colour into my roots and got it all over my hairline along my forehead and sides. I couldn't really see as I had my glasses off, but she said it would be fine and she would wipe it off. She didn't wipe it until it was time to wash off. My hair colour came out nicely, but needless to say I ended up with a discoloured forehead. The stylist was all foam and no massage during the wash. She barely used any conditioner so my hair came out really tangled during the cut. The cut was not bad but not what I had shown her on my phone. Not sure if I'll ever be back.
