  • Our experience with Avenue 25 has been great so far...I don't have a single thing to complain about. Management (Jodi, James, Susan) is GREAT and has always been super helpful with whatever we need. Regarding all these other tenant complaints about management, I honestly think you have to be doing something wrong on your end to get treated "so poorly" by management. We pay rent on time and don't cause a ruckus and have been treated very professionally the entire time. Maintenance is awesome and always responds to our request within a day, even if it's something simple like changing a lightbulb. The location is nice, it's right off major highways and you can get anywhere in Phoenix pretty quickly (as long as there isn't traffic). The price isn't bad either for what you get. All in all, very satisfied with our experience and the customer service!
