  • I will never eat at this establishment again. I actually had to clear tables because it was almost like they forgot about us...The service was awful, Lattes were cold and even the barista said that the staff had left them on the counter for 10 minutes...she made us new ones, son and niece burnt their hands on the hot water in he washroom, most of the staff seemed to not care about anything. We were there with 40 people for an event and it was apparent they were not prepared...to top it off, 2 last things - 1. we found a suction cup in one of the jids bowl of ice cream and 2. male staff walked in on women's washroom for a clean up and did not wait for the washroom to be empty. Noticed one other thing as well. The place had only been given a conditional pass by the board of health on Sept 4th, 2014...will gladly discuss with anyone from this establishment about our experience today.
