  • If there was a negative star option I would have picked that. I bought a ticket and purchased the insurance for a total of 467$. I had to cancel the ticket. When I went to purchase a new ticket (no refund option) they charged a 200$ rebooking fee plus tax for the new flight. The cost of my new flight was 550$ plus the booking fee (200$), minus the 467$ credit, bringing my new flight total to 376$ tax included. What a Fucking rip off. Ill never buy insurance again. I don't know if any other airline has a different policy since it's all monopolized anyways but fuck them! I'll never use their service again. And they are adding more seats and decreasing the size of their plane bathroom. They can go to hell
