We bought a miniature poodle the day before Easter. Our experience was great. Jayson explained everything very well and was he very informative and not pushy at all. We played with the puppy for an hour before we decided to purchase. I took the puppy to the Vet as part if the purchase agreement. The puppy was diagnosed with Giardia and Coccidia. Our puppy has gone through two rounds of antibiotics and I am hopeful this second treatment kills the parasites off for good. I give 3 stars not for service but rather for the hassle of having a sick puppy on antibiotics for over a month.
Adding update June 13th. My puppy continues to have giardia. She just started her 4th round of antibiotics. I am told by the vet Giardia is common in puppies and can take many months to get rid of. Needless to say this has been a huge ordeal. Trying to keep the puppy clean, yard and house disinfected so she can't recontaminate herself or pass to other animals or humans and also spending countless trips to vet to drop off specimens and get meds is a bit overwhelming.

Possibly happen. I'm curious what actions this puppy store takes to prevent the spread of this highly contagious parasite. I almost feel like all animals should prophylacticly treated. Just a thought.
Also. Reimbursement takes forever. Have only been given 117 dollars out of 500+ that I have paid so far.
