Let me start off by saying I don't look for the price of service to cost next to nothing. I do my research and go into a situations at least a little bit educated. I have a 2005 Honda Element that is 12years old and I wanted to keep it running for a couple more years.
I explained this to the manager Richard Castillo and he presented me with multiple options. Some reasonable, some I thought a little pricey. The fact is, is that I had reasonable and fair options explained in a way that you didn't have to be an ace mechanic to understand.
The evaluation of my car issue was 15.00. Most car care places cost at least $60 (just to examine the car) then they add that to the cost of the parts and labor. Roping you in to spend more.
It was not like that here.
Talk to Richard Castillo and the Technician Teo Atangan. They will set you straight and fair.
