  • This has been one of the most frustrating experiences. We have spent so much money with this company we bought a 3 piece sectional Sofa set and the 5 year Warranty-Protection plan 15 months ago and we are having issues with the cushions coming apart at the seams on 4 of the 6 cushions and have went threw all proper channels and have been getting the run around and was just told that if they were torn or burnt or ripped they would cover them but they do not cover the thread that hold them together at the seams so this claim will not be covered . We have spent thousands with this company in the last 18 months and will never do business with them again . We got screwed big time PLEASE TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE
