Sears return policy is STRICTLY 30 days, just like any normal retail return policy. No they cannot take a return/exchange/store credit without a receipt because it's a liability, how do they know you didn't pick something off the shelf and say "hey I want to return this" #commonsense just because you worked there 5 years ago doesn't mean you know anything about sears, policies change, and before you yell at the poor associate about something they can't control, why not take a second to actually listen to what they have to say. The employees are NOT lying about the policies just to be lazy. They're NOT trying to avoid fixing your problem. They're doing WHAT THEY ARE TRAINED AND TOLD TO DO. So think before you speak/act please and thank you.
