  • Rare 120 is a very poor replacement for AJ's for AJ's Steakhouse. The service is ok, but it's clear that the talent pool in Vegas for fine dining is drying up - these children are used to slinging drinks not steaks. And let's talk about the steaks - where are they? No porterhouse? In a steakhouse??? The meat they do serve is average at best. In fact all their entrees are average. Go for the good appetizers, deserts, and bar scene. Have a steak somewhere else.
