rev:text	I actually really hate to even write this review I was afraid of flying my entire life and only just finally just got over my fear I started flying about 6 years ago and only have flown on 3 airlines and I absolutely loved Virgin the best that was until Wednesday 3/21/16 my husband, son, and I had flew from SFO to Las Vegas our yearly trip to the Mobster Truck World Finals Event. We boarded our flight with our carry on luggage, we paid for priority boarding and loaded our carry on luggage into the overhead compartment above our seats sat down and prepared for take off the other passengers went along their way along with the stewarded moving luggage around to fit everyone's luggage in. As far as we knew our luggage was packed in our overhead with the compartment closed Upon arrival my husband removed the luggage that was in the compartment where we loaded our luggage we each took our bag and exited the plane went to the restrooms and then boarded the Airports shuttle buses to the Rental Car Center upon arrival at the Rental Center everyone just grabbed bags and ran off the bus. My son and I picked up our bags and that's when we noticed my husbands bag was not there there was another black bag there but it wasn't his. We contacted the bus supervisor explained to them that our bag was not on the bus but this one was the bus shuttle supervisor Renee took the bag and said it happens all the time go on with our vacation. Excuse me we have no luggage for my husband his entire wardrobe and medications including insulin and our Monster Truck event tickets everything were in that bag We filled out a report there at the car rental center, we contacted the airlines and Virgin and was told no bag was left in behind they didn't have our bag so as far as we felt our bag was stolen We immediately went to Walgreens to get my husbands medications luckily they were able to provide him with some to get by We called Virgin, McCarran Airport, and the Rental Car Center everyday and was told the same thing no bag was turned in and to fill out the list and found report online which we did along with filing a police report We purchased new clothes shoes, medicines, etc to cover my husband for the 5 days we were in Vegas we could not enjoy the Monster Truck World Finals since our tickets special Double Down Event t shirts etc were in that bag We were leaving Vegas on Monday on the evening flight because we had plans to enjoy some shows before we left Vegas but we couldn't since we spent all our money to buy what we thought was lost We showed up in the early AM back at the Car rental center to return the car that was useless since we stayed in our room the entire time we were here in Vegas due to our missing bag. The bus shuttle people only had the bag that was there since we arrived I noticed there was a name in the bag and I ask d them to contact them to see if they had our bag no they wouldn't. We went to the airport and was told by the Virgin employees to go to the airport Lost and found which is way on the other side of the airport. We arrived there and spoke with Erica who was very helpful and professional we didn't have our bag but she did tell us what was turned in I mentioned to her that there was a bag at the car rental service and gave her the name that I saw in the bag that person did report his bag missing she contacted him he said our bag was with virgin in the lost and found at this picture by we were so happy that our bag was located We went to Virgins lost and found and this is where Virgin lost me as a customer. Shaggy was the person working the Virgin lost and found we walked in so happy to get our bag when we told her that we flew in Wednesday our bag must have been mixed up with someone else's and they have already been contacted by Erica up in the airports lost and found. Shagu start d raising her voice at us stating we stole someone's luggage and that she has been trying to call us for 4 days I said no one has called us we have been calling here everyday and was told our bag was not here but we know it is now. She said she called us and how could we take someone's luggage I was astonished by her attitude and accusations I was in complete shock I again tried to tell her what we think happened but she would not listen she said we took someone's stuff and were not getting ours back I asked for my bag again she said NO she actually told me NO we could not have our bag we stole from someone how can we do this and now try to come back and pick up our bag. I asked for her manager and she actually told me NO again and continued to raise her voice yelling at us. I again asked for her manager she said NO again so I said in going to contact the police Waiting for the Metro police was a joke they never showed up and even had the full to call me back after 30 minutes to say they will not send someone over since no crime was made. Umm excuse me this Shagu person is stealing my bag she refused to give it to us and
