  • We were initially very pleased with the customer service we received from this shop. They finished our repairs needed within the promised time and for what seemed like a reasonable price. Long story short: The reason for two stars is because we were not very pleased with the work done at A&D auto. They replaced our 2008 Toyota Corolla driver side door and mirror appropriately. However, once arriving home we realized the paint job on the new door was done very poorly. There are very visible signs of sanding spots all along the driver side of the vehicle. I realize we could have spoken up about our observations and had we not been in the middle of our first home purchase I might have had time to bring this to the shops attention but our priorities were elsewhere. We were just dissatisfied as it seems our vehicle will never be in original condition that it was months ago. We attached some photos.
