  • Had been going to this big o for years, but I'm done with them! The last 2 times I took my car in for an oil change it has taken them 3 hours, and that's even with me being there right when they opened in the morning. COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS! Now today they said 2 of my tires are bad and need replaced (I bought these tires from them, and yet only about 2 years of minimal driving and they're bad?). I went a couple miles up the street to Discount Tire and asked them to check my tires. The guy came out looked at them and said "you definitely don't need new tires." Thanks discount for your honesty and help, as for you big o-- well I've got this to say: I'm through with you, and never will I come back or recommend you to anyone. Discount Tire has found a new customer
