Nice looking door (which it should be considering how expensive it was!) but.... the post-order process (meaning after they've collected payment) is one of the worst, most time wasting experiences I ever had. Almost a month of scheduling, followed by last minute cancellations and excuses. Purchased the door on Dec 9; on Dec 13 I was notified that my install date would be Jan 6. On Jan 5, I was notified they "overbooked" and I had to rearrange my life to accommodate a new schedule date of Jan 9. Really nice/professional tech arrived and told me that they didn't have the right size bolts for the frame, blammed the salesman for measuring it incorrectly, then told me they'd have to go back to the shop to get the powder coated, correct size bolts. A few minutes later the tech informed me that his shop told him to "improvise" the install with the bolts the tech had. That resulted in black, plastic plugs being used to cover the holes on the beautiful copper colored door. Then there were pieces that were cut to the right size that needed to be manufacturered and powder coated -- something wrong in that shop--they kept saying they couldn't complete the install because the various pieces weren't powder coated. Finally got the door installation completed in February It looks nice, but it was a journey of frustration getting there.
