ok...wanted to try this out due to the rave review but now I know that I am nowhere near in shape to keep up with the intensity of the class. I work out 2-3 days a week with pilates and some cardio (treadmill) so I thought I would be ready for this. I took the easiest class that I thought first -- Ballet Barre. I did meet Shandi but she wasn't teaching it that night. I was actually out of breath just during warm-ups (15 mins) and actually felt dizzy after 25 minutes and wanted to puke -- I went thru a whole bottle of water too! Considering this is already difficult for me, I just can't fathom taking the other classes! I have to say, you can tell there were girls that are consistent attendees as they knew the moves and had the tone legs and arms that we all want! This is good for those that want a high intensity workout but not for the ones just starting out or isn't use to hitting it full-speed from the get go.
