  • Dropped my dog off at noon and was told it would be 2 hours. 3 hours later I decided to stop and see if she was done and was told it would be just a little longer. I sat in the parking lot for another hour and a half ( a total of 4 1/2 hours). While I was in the parking lot, Cassie came outside and smoked twice. Are you kidding me. I'm waiting 4 1/2 hours and she has 2 smokes while I'm in the parking lot. It's no wonder that it take a so long. Worst grooming experience ever. I will not return and hope no one else goes here. There are plenty of groomers who don't lie about the time or smoke while you are waiting.
