  • Would not take responsibility for an error in scheduling. Scheduled procedure without my prior knowledge or consent and pressured me to have it done. Adjusted bill for perio maintenance when none was performed - no measurements and hygienist unaware of my maintenance schedule, and office manager callous and indifferent to my request for an explanation. Tried to attribute mistake to someone no longer there - would not take responsibility as a professional office and made no sincere effort at apology or to work things out. Not going back.
