  • I have looked forward to eating at one of Wolfgang Puck's restaurants for so long & tonight I got the opportunity to do so & I am very disappointed! I ordered the mushroom ravioli & the center of the pasta was cooked, but the edges of the raviolis had not cooked & were rubbery. It kind of shocked me (not in a good way). I decided to try another bite- thinking maybe one was like that- but no, the next 2 pieces I ate were equally undercooked & rubbery. Unfortunately, I cannot say the meal was delicious, rather contrary.
