Do not use unless you are ready to manage the potential mess that they might leave behind.
We had an extremely careless technician who came to clean our carpet. He failed spectacularly on service on several fronts. First, he broke my large vase at home which was sitting on a 4-ft high shelf. The hoses which he failed to untangle jumped up and dragged down the vase as he carelessly tugged on the hoses. The broken vase chipped my tile at my front door entryway. The large vase was a move-in gift, which we couldn't readily value. They just paid us $150 for the vase and "comp-ed" us for the carpet cleaning. I still think about the broken vase whenever I look at the empty space which is a matching piece with another vase on top of our staircase.
They also failed on the following two points:
- There was no protection at the corners of our staircase walls and on our door frames against which the hoses were pulled and dragged. The pulling of the hoses left marks. Technician tried to wipe away the marks at a couple of corners afterward, but marks at the corners on our top floor remain.
- The hoses were very dusty and dirty. I had to wipe away dust and dirt on our floor in our non-carpeted areas where the hoses traversed, and had to wipe away dust specks on top of our baseboard at various locations where the hoses were.
When I called their office to talk about these issues, not only did the office manager (I think her name was Tiffany) not apologize, but she also essentially ACCUSED me of exaggeration and lying.
Advice to this business: they need to focus on developing customer service among their office staff and giving refresher training to their technicians.
Use Amazon Home Services instead. They will provide you with the customer service you deserve and give you much better protection if their assigned carpet cleaner broke stuff at your home.
